What to Include

• Your full name, if you want it included in the request.
• The WhatsApp phone number connected to the request.
• The type of data to delete, such as message history, group contact data, or console user account data.
• Any relevant dates, campaign names, or message examples that help us locate the data.
• A way to contact you about completion of the request.

For WhatsApp Recipients

If you received a WhatsApp message from Furaha and want related messaging data deleted, contact Furaha using the official contact page or customer support numbers listed there. Furaha will review and delete eligible message records unless retention is required for legal, security, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons.

For Console Users

Authorized administrators can delete console users directly from User Management. Deleting a console user removes that user account from the application. Separately stored message logs or audit records may be retained where required for operations, compliance, or security.

For Contact Groups and Bulk Uploads

Authorized users can delete contact groups from Group Management. For deletion of uploaded bulk files or historical message data, submit a data deletion request with enough detail to identify the relevant records.

Processing Time

Furaha will acknowledge deletion requests through the appropriate support channel and will process eligible requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification and legal or operational retention requirements.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, enforce policies, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or prove that a deletion request was completed.
