Automation and AI
Automated decisions and responses must be configured, monitored, and escalated responsibly. Human review remains required wherever business risk or customer impact warrants it.
Service availability
Delivery depends on third-party channels, network providers, workflow services, and correct configuration. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
